Is IGC a nonprofit organization?
Yes, IGC is a public benefit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to IGC under IRC Section 170. IGC is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, and gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Our tax ID number is 92-0672083.
Why is there a processing fee?
To ensure the maximum amount of your donation goes to IGC programming, the payment processing solution we use, Givebutter, lets you pay the processing fee. You may remove processing fees before completing your donation payment.

IGC works with Givebutter and Stripe to simplify donation processing. We accept donations via credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods depending on your location.
